Statement on Operations During the COVID-19 Outbreak

The Eight Judicial Court, Clark County, Nevada issued Administrative Order 20-01, regarding court business operations during the COVID-19 outbreak. A copy of the order is attached below our statement.

In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic Roberts Stoffel Family Law continues to provide services via virtual technology, ensuring business continuity and in compliance Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations. This includes social-distancing, tele-conferencing and other measures recommended by the CDC.

Our base of operations is in Clark County, Nevada. As such our operations are governed by Nevada law. Our action is fully supported by the Nevada Governor’s emergency directive. Media services are considered essential under Section 1, Chapter 414 of the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC).

The firm remains operational, working remotely with limited services in the office. Clients meeting and consultations will be made via telephone, text, or other virtual means. We can be reached via telephone at (702) 474-7007. 

Our hours were modified as follows:  Mondays through Thursdays: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Fridays: Closed.
